Woodbury, Minnesota – That’s how much food teachers, staff, students and families at Valley Crossing Community School collected in just 10 days. Just before winter break, students and parent volunteers brought money donations and hundreds of bags of groceries to the Valley Outreach Food Shelf in Stillwater.
The school’s next community fundraiser will focus on raising money for its sister school in Africa.
