The Minnesota Sting battle the Brainerd Lumberjacks this Saturday, July 16, 2012, at 2 p.m.

Gates will open at East Ridge High School in Woodbury at 1 p.m. Ticket price is $5 for adults, 12 and under get in free.

Minnesota Sting

The Minnesota Sting, a nonprofit minor league football organization, has moved to East Ridge for the summer 2012 Season. The Minnesota Sting feature various high school and college players, and some players with pro experience.

Games are featured with various events:

Saturday, June 16 at 2 p.m. (Animal Rescue Day) A local rescue will be out showcasing some pets.

Saturday, June 30 at 2 p.m. (Military/Public Safety Day) All Military or public safety employees get into the game for free with a valid ID.

Saturday, July 7 at 2 p.m. (Breast Cancer Awareness Day)

Saturday, July 14 at 2 p.m. (Fill the Hive Day) Bring in a perishable food item and recieved $1 off admission.

All games are played at 2 p.m. at East Ridge. Admission is $5, 12 and Under are free.
