City offices will be closed on Friday, Dec. 31, in observance of the New Year's Day holiday.
Central Park, the R.H. Stafford Library, Lookout Ridge indoor playground and Bielenberg Sports Center will be open on Dec. 31, but will be closed on Saturday, Jan. 1.
