Vinnie’s Family Restaurant is set to open soon in the former Tinucci’s space.
Update: 2:34 p.m., Monday, Feb. 18
A restaurant official told Patch the opening date for Vinnie’s Family Restaurant.
Vinnie Mustafoski says his new Woodbury restaurant won’t have customers.
“For us, they’re not customers—they’re family,” he said. “You’re going to feel at home here.”
Mustafoski plans to open Vinnie’s Family Restaurant in early February in the former Tinucci’s space at Eagle Valley Marketplace.
Mustafoski said Vinnie’s will serve breakfast (omelets, waffles, skillets), lunch (salads, wraps, sandwiches) and dinner (roasts, ribs, steak). Breakfast will be served all day.
Busy with a paintbrush in his hand Tuesday, Mustafoski, whose family owns several similar establishments in Wisconsin, said fresh food and customer service and will be hallmarks of Vinnie’s Family Restaurant.
“When you come here, you’re going to feel like a king,” he said.
He plans to utilize the patio space come summer, and said he is also looking into securing a liquor license for beer and wine.
Mustafoski, whose family hails from Albania, has 15 years of experience in the restaurant business. During an interview Tuesday, he often talked of the American dream.
“A lot of people don’t know what they have in their hands,” he said.
The restaurant will seat about 80 people and 12-15 workers will be hired, Mustafoski said, before again noting that the customers will be like family.
“I’ll give them a key—they can come in and start the coffee,” he said.
