Volunteers were out Saturday helping build a playground at Habitat for Humanity's latest project in Woodbury.

Woodbury has more Habitat for Humanity homes than any metro area city outside Minneapolis and St. Paul, and the organization in March marked its 900th home in the Twin Cities area at the local development.

The $20,000 playground is the latest addition at Woodbury's Garden Gate development, where where Habitat volunteers have built 15 homes (and will build 19 more in the coming years).

The playground will be available for all families to use—not just the homeowners in the Garden Gate development, according to a recent Habitat release.

It's pretty neat that Woodbury is a leader when it comes to Twin Cities Habitat.
