The City of Woodbury has a goal of training 7,000 residents or business employees, in hands-only CPR.

This is about 10% of its population, so that about 1 in 10 people around town could provide 5-10 minutes of life-saving time, until help could arrive.

Tropical Ballroom is hosting a FREE training this Saturday, November 3rd at 3:00pm. Please RSVP to Tricia at: info@tropicalballroom.com to reserve your spot.

We will be on our hardwood dance floor, so bring a mat if you'd like. Plan for 45 minutes. If more than 30 people sign up, we'll open up another training time immediately following.
