My family is probably wondering if I am feeling well. I turned down a steak dinner to juice.
- 1 Sonya apple
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 peeled lemon
- 3 kale leaves
- 3 carrots
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 handful of parsley
Can you say simply delicious? I am so glad to be back on schedule.
Although I have not went to workout at the gym - am a hermit when cold weather strikes - I have been at home working on my core with the Ab Ball. I even sit on it to work at home on the www.ReflectionsWithRhonda.com blog and Ancestry.com. Outside of reading a great book, these are my favorite past times.
I have also started the lemon tree. The seeds are chilling in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks before being able to plant. Something about how they need to be chilled to dormant in order to grow. We will see.
