How can it already be the middle of July? Seems like another summer is slipping by so fast!
I hope that you have been able to keep up with your fitness goals during the first part of summer. The summer can be an excuse to relax a bit on our normal routine, but I am here to encourage you to be active at least 3 times a week.
I have really been enjoying the cool mornings that we have had this week. Not only is the weather more agreeable for a workout, but you are more likely to complete your workout if you schedule it for first thing in the morning.
Having a fitness goal will also keep you motivated to continue with your workouts even when the lazy days of summer beckon. I am excited to be participating in my first 5K at the end of August. I have a wonderful group of supportive women that will also be joining me. What a great way to end the summer and celebrate a new fitness goal!
