Residents of Woodbury, please join me in signing a petition to shut down or change what is happening at the Red Roof Inn.
I have created an online petition found at: http://www.change.org/petitions/shut-down-the-red-roof-inn.
And a facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ShutDownTheWoodburyRedRoofInn.
This establishment is affecting all of us in the city. Please help me show the city council and county attorney that a change needs to happen! Please share with all your friends and family!

Hope this works. Nice piece on Fox tonight. Interesting how it is downplayed by some.

Not to say something needs to change at the RRI, but by this standard, Ojibway Park should be closed as well.

Hope this works! If the City can't/won't do anything - than the residents have too! They say the place is for sale - good riddance! I will be passing this petition on to Woodbury friends and family. Power to the people! :-)

Forcing the Red Roof Inn to close isn't right. Forcing them to invest in security is. If they are not paying for all the police visits, they should be.

Perhaps a rep from the Woodbury PD can tell us why a manned cruiser is not parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn every evening? At the bare minimum heavy rotation, or a great place to be stationed while on-call. The presence of police will deter the miserabes

I am all for closing the Red Roof in, and in fact abolishing all budget hotels. All those places do is attract undesirables to our lily-white World of Woodbury. Lord knows our police officers have enough to do, especially this time of year with all of the inevitable pumpkin smashings that I just know are around the corner. And by the way can we do something about that Old Country Buffet. I hear there is a direct connection between Red Roof patrons and their dinners?

I doubt the city can do that legally. Like how there have to be areas zoned for sex shops, even if none have been proposed or anything. Never seen the connection made between OCB and RRI.

Yup, Kris definite connection. Its been confirmed by both the Drudge Report and and I think Bob Woodward.

Ha! When I was a kid I dug OCB.
