Give that someone special a gift of lifetime knowledge and skill: a good back rub from your very own hands! This class combines a short lecture with hands-on instruction to teach you basic Swedish massage techniques for the back and shoulders. Learn how to keep your hands from tiring, use your body weight, and apply your new skills to create a full-body massage routine. This hands-on class is taught mostly on the floor, so please bring a sleeping bag or similarly sized soft-padding, a towel or two, your favorite massage oil or cream, and clothing that can discreetly expose the entire back and shoulders (like a swimsuit). You must register with a partner and each pay $19.
