Prelude Homes & Services offers a support group for those who are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's Disease or other memory loss concerns. Those who attend have the opportunity to offer and receive support from others is similar situations. We meet on the third Thursday evening of every month at Prelude's Memory Care Cottages, located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Woodbury Drive and Raleigh Road in Woodbury.
