This course is for professionals and paraprofessionals who may have some hands on experience but are looking for a refresher course to gain valuable workplace skills to get back into the workforce. We will start with an advanced introduction to computers involving file management and an overview of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as understanding company IT and their roles. To maximize office productivity, we will go in-depth on Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access via building graphs, spreadsheet organization, formatting, basic formulas, data input and output and data sorting. Also included will be a discussion on based email vs client based email, Cloud computing and more.
