Learn the basic skills to cut and cook your own deer. Learn about the proper care of the deer, including the actual field dressing, skinning, and cleaning of the carcass. Then, see how to cut your deer; from pulling back straps for chops, to the hind for roasts and jerky, and trim for ground venison to sausage. You will receive a lot of cooking instructions—identifying what’s better on the grill and tips on how to not overcook venison in order to avoid the dry steak. Included in this class is an excellent new picture step-by-step booklet for quick reference. A roadkill deer will be used for hands-on experience. Deer cutting supplies will be available to buy; including everything you need to cut your own deer. Once again this season you can bring a friend for FREE. Guest receives the booklet at no charge too! (Please note the name on the registration form.) Bonus for 2012 participants is you will receive a DVD to take with you - 60 minutes cut into 10 + chapters. No discounts.

Woodbury High School, the home of the Royals, was built in 1975 and its first graduating class was in June 1976. Located on Woodlane Drive, the high school is part of the Suburban East Conference. Nearly 2,000 students attend Woodbury High School.
