This eight-hour workshop covers the process of buying a home start to finish. It is a requirement for many homebuyer assistance programs and an opportunity to hear from trained homeownership educators and industry volunteers.
To register for Home Stretch in Washington County, please call 651-458-0936 or register online at www.wchra.com. The fee is $30.00, due on the first day of the workshop.
All our classes are held at the Washington County HRA, 7645 Currell Blvd., Woodbury, MN 55125.

More About Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority
The Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority seeks to promote community and economic development through innovation and provides affordable, decent and safe housing in Washington County. The Authority owns and operates 1,000 units of affordable housing, offers rental assistance and works to create opportunities for affordable housing development in the community. This HUD-approved housing counseling agency provides homeownership education and counseling, which includes pre-purchase and foreclosure.
