WHAT:          Nightmare Hallow Scream Park (formerly Nightmare at Troutair)

For 22 years now, Nightmare Hallow Scream Park has been opening its creaky, cob-webbed doors to frightfully delightful ghosts, goblins and good old fashioned fun! It’s a Halloween must-have for families all over the metro and beyond.

Don’t be a scaredy-cat, join us (if you dare) starting Friday, October 4th for mischief and mayhem the entire family will enjoy! One step onto the hallowed grounds and you’ll notice a show of lights that will take your breath away… just before the ghosts do! Plus, NEW this year at Nightmare Hallow Scream Park, the ONLY Zombie Hunt of its kind in Minnesota! Other terror-iffic activities include:

The Haunted House

Those who enter are changed forever! The creepy hallways, dark passages and unspeakable occupants create a chilling experience that will have you clinging to your friends and family while making your way through the madness. Through every door and around every corner a new surprise awaits to satisfy even the bravest of thrill seekers! Plus, don’t miss the Karnival of Klowns and outdoor cage maze!

The Haunted Hayride

Best and longest hayride in the metro! Step into the doom wagon at your own risk! This 30-minute tour of fun and fright takes you along dark, demon-filled woods, fright fields and spooky swamps, where all things evil reside! Riders on this trail of terror will see 22 different scenes including roaming monsters, pneumatic animatronics and nail-biting suspense around every twist and turn. This is a MUST-SEE, MUST-TRY Halloween experience and hands-down the best, longest and most detailed haunted hayride in the metro. Don’t forget to hold on… you’re in for a bumpy ride!

NEW This Year – The FIRST Zombie Hunt of its kind in Minnesota!

Only if you dare! This is your chance to go deep into the woods and take on zombies one-by-one. Paintball guns will be setup on mobile trailers that will move through the haunted forest where attendees will be able to take their aim shooting glow in the dark paintballs at LIVE zombie actors. The result is glow in the dark splats throughout the trail on walking zombies, props and sets. Event runs on all days the park is open in October. All paintball equipment will be provided; tickets are on a first come basis.
