Marines "Hit it hard" at TITLE Boxing Club Woodbury

This past Saturday, Title Boxing Club Woodbury had the honor of hosting over 40 Marine recruits, from the Woodbury and Roseville areas, for a private class. It was an exciting start to a Saturday morning. From the moment they walked in the door, the recruits were all smiles. Excited to try something new, they lined up patiently awaiting their turn to get their hands wrapped. The clock struck 9:15 and the boxing bell rang. Title trainer Clifton Krotz ran the power hour, consisting of a 15 minute cardio warm up, 30 minutes of bag work and ending with a 15 minute core and stretching cool down. The Marines powered through the workout and by the end were left out of breath and drenched in sweat but still smiling. Sergeant Adam Kruse exclaimed, “That workout was outstanding! You had a direct impact on the next generation of Marines...” Following the workout the recruits grabbed water and posed outside for a group photo. The recruits then left the club feeling exhilarated and thanked the staff for the unique workout, while the staff thanked them for their future services. It was quite the opportunity for Title to be involved with the Marines and they hope to keep in touch and host more recruits in the future.

Special Thanks to SS Adam Kruse for helping us organize this event!
