Michael Carter Jr. and Friends Are Featured Musicians at Association of Minnesota Counties' (AMC) Annual Conference

The promising young musician and recording artist, Michael Carter Jr., age 14, and a few of his friends are scheduled to perform at the Association of Minnesota Counties' (AMC) Annual Conference tonight at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Minneapolis at 6:00 pm.  Over 600 county elected officials, department heads and staff from across Minnesota will be in attendance.  The incomparable saxophonist, Willie Moore, the young singing talent, Amani Ward, age 14, and the amazing guitarist, Jason Zimmerman will accompany Michael at this event.

"We're excited about having Michael perform at this event because Ramsey County Commissioner, Toni Carter, will be sworn in as President-Elect to the AMC," says Cheryle Carter, Communications Manager and mother of Michael Jr.  "Our family has known Commissioner Carter for a number of years and we are proud of her accomplishments and are pleased that she has selected Michael Jr. to perform the music for her important occasion," she continued.
