Community Corner

Since I can't post this on the Costco Story.

NW or SE corner of 494/Tamarack are the most logical sites, based upon the zoning map.  Both appear to have large open parcels
NE corner appears to have already been subdivided into smaller lots, probably during the Sheraton/commercial office development.   It could be resubdivided, but that's time and money.
SW would require a re-zoning from BCD (Business Campus District).  There is some open land, as well as the storage facility (which are basically "ground cover", anyway)
If it were my money, I'd say SE corner of Tamarack and 694.  They've already got one entrance ready to go and a secondary access off of Bielenberg could be created by signalizing Nature Path.
