http://www.fmsc.org/ Woodbury Lutheran recently sponsored a Feed My Starving Children Mobile Pack(TM). More than 1,000 volunteers from the church and the community packed nearly 210,000 meals. These meals, bound for Haiti, will feed 575 children for a year.
The Mobile Pack was the kick-off event for the church's three-year "Greater" campaign, which, among many things, encourages congregation members to be more involved in local outreach and community service.
Feed My Starving Children, a Christian non-profit dedicated to feeding God's children, ships meals to malnourished children in nearly 70 countries around the world.
