Snapshot: 'Coyotes' At Woodbury City Hall

Coyotes have been spotted in Woodbury.

The city has put up the fake coyotes for the past three years or so in an effort to spook . But city officials say they haven't been as effective this year. One employee said she saw a goose waddle right past the "coyotes" recently.

A few weeks ago, a Woodbury resident near City Hall, only to be told that they are fake.

Up close, the plastic animals seem fairly frightening, though there's plenty of goose droppings around that indicate the waterfowl have gotten used to them.
