Spring Break, Woodbury-Style

So, you're not heading off to warmer climates this week (hey, it really might get to 50 degrees here), but that doesn't mean there aren't plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and having fun.

Spring break is underway for most youngsters in Woodbury, and you might be wondering what to do with the kids this week. Patch has some suggestions, and if you have ideas, leave them in the comment box below the story.

Chill at Bielenberg Sports Center

On the ice, that is. There are adult, high school and youth hockey drop-in sessions scheduled throughout the week if you or the kids are in the mood for a pick-up game at . First come, first served for open hockey—capacity for adults and high-schoolers is 20, 30 for kids. The cost is $5 per player; no checking allowed.

Open skating will also be offered during break week; $4 per skater with rentals available for $2 per pair.

If you are thinking soccer instead of skating, there are open sessions available at the sports center for both kids and adults ($5 per player).
