Weddings, Meetings, Song and Dance: Woodbury's Central Park

There's always something happening at the facility, celebrating its 10-year anniversary this year.

As those involved with its genesis say, the Central Park facility was meant to be a gathering place for Woodbury. And that vision is reflected in its usage.

“Central Park is a tremendous success story,” Bob Klatt, parks and recreation director, said in the October city newsletter. “We worked with multiple agencies—Washington County, the YMCA, School District 833 Early Childhood Family Education and the Stonecrest senior housing facility—to ensure the building would attract a large cross-section of the community. We are ecstatic to see so many people visit each day.”
