Temperatures were heading back up Sunday, but it could mean snow and a rough commute Monday for Woodbury residents.
The National Weather Service has declared a winter storm warning for Washington County.
Freezing rain is expected across the Twin Cities; it may change to snow during the late afternoon and evening.
The weather service says there is the potential for two to five inches of snow, atop a layer of ice, which could have a big impact on Monday morning's commute.
On Monday and Tuesday, highs at the freezing level or above are expected, but subzero lows may return later in the week.
