Head over to the Lake Elmo Park Reserve to hear local and regional bluegrass bands, including Barley Jacks with Brian Wicklund, Monroe Crossing and the Roe Family Singers.
The festival is free with a valid vehicle permit sold for $5 for one day and $25 for one year.
