Get Out: Five Things to Do in Woodbury This Weekend

Woodbury's weekend entertainment guide to bowling, identity protection and murals.

Thursday, the one day Woodbury Patch loves telling you what to do.



When: Saturday, Oct. 22, Sunday, Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Stillwater American Legion Post 48 (103 Third St. S.)
Why Go: Explore the recently found murals depicting scenes of WWI, WWII and Korea by Minnesota artist Jo Lutz Rollins. Historians will be on hand to field questions.
Price: Free



When: Sunday, Oct. 23 from 1-3 p.m.
Where: Sun Ray Lanes (2245 Hudson Road)
Why Go: Support one of the community’s great youth mentors, Gary Rinehart, by heading out for an afternoon of bowling. All are welcome, please RSVP.
Price: For $10, people can bowl for two hours, shoes included.



When: Sunday, Oct. 23 at 3 p.m.

Why Go: Don’t miss the East Metro Symphony Orchestra’s season premier concert.
Price: $8 for adults, $6 for children/seniors/students



When: Sunday, Oct. 23 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Where: 2175 Radio Drive
Why Go: The harvest season is winding down, so take advantage of the last two opportunities to get fresh local produce.
Price: Free Admission

Why Go: Community members can take over an unlimited number of documents to have shredded. No cardboard boxes will be accepted.
