Woodbury Grad's Film at Mall of America This Week

"My Senior Year" by Joe Carlini will be shown through Saturday, Dec. 7.

A film by a Woodbury High School graduate will be shown at the Theatres at Mall of America this week.

"My Senior Year" by Joe Carlini was shown at 4:45 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1. Additional showtimes this week are:

  • 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2; tickets are $5
  • 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3; tickets are $5
  • 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4; tickets are $5
  • 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5; tickets are $5
  • 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 6; tickets are $5
  • 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 7; tickets are $5
"My Senior Year" was filmed at sites around St. Paul and Woodbury, including Woodbury High School.

"It’s about a senior high school student who finds the courage to confront issues such as bullying, depression and suicide prevention," according to a news release from Carlini and Executive Producer Jodi Ritacca. "The film has not yet been rated, but contains scenes intended for those 13 years old and older."
