Bites Nearby: The Chart House's Tomato Basil Grouper in Hot Demand
In this week's regional feature, Chef Johnson shows off a fresh and light dish for summertime.
The Chart House has been a Lakeville destination for fine dining since 1968, and Executive Chef Keith Johnson is bringing in some new dishes to add to the classic menu. In less than six months, the Tomato Basil Grouper has become a top-seller.
This dish combines the light flavor of a gently fried fish fillet with the spectrum of tastes provided by tomato, basil, garlic and parmesan cheese. Johnson also pointed out that the dish is easy to adjust for a gluten-free diet, something the Chart House is happy to accommodate.
