Wally's Famous Roast Beef Sandwiches has been serving their signature roast beef sandwiches since 1969 at its location just outside of Richfield.
When Jeff Sagal bought the restaurant from Wally Erickson, he wanted to keep the recipes the same and keep the secret ingredients close to his chest. He's done a great job of it too, because no one in Minnesota makes roast beef like they do.
Sagal says they've got the lines out the door to prove it. Even so, he promises quick service and a large take-out ability.
