A new restaurant is coming to the former space in Woodbury, according to a report.
The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal is reporting that Hemisphere Restaurant Partners plans to open a Tavern Grill in the old Aperitif Restaurant and Bar near the .
Aperitif has been and its former owner, JLT Group, Inc., was the .
"It's a beautiful space," Anoush Ansari, Hemisphere's managing partner, told the Business Journal of the Woodbury location. "We like second-generation spaces that are still in good shape and don't need a huge startup investment."
There are two other Tavern Grill locations, in Blaine and Edina.

Tamarack Hills II (the name of the master planned development) is looking to add about 80K square feet of retail to the currently sluggish 60K square feet of retail across the street. I know that Patch DOES have a real estate guru, but it seems to me that retail commercial real estate is very soft right now, as is the large floorplan office sector...Perhaps something on that site like the multi-story, multiple tenant office space like on Weir Drive just north of the Woodwinds health complex. I might be wrong. My daughter tells me that this happens often.
