Saint Therese Now Leasing Senior Care Apartments for Woodbury Facility

The senior care provider plans to build on a parcel south of Bailey Road and west of Radio Drive.

Saint Therese, a senior care and housing organization, has opened a welcome center for its planned facility in Woodbury.

Plans call for a new 275-unit building south of Bailey Road and west of Radio Drive. Saint Therese was expected to break ground this fall on the new campus and open in late 2014 or early 2015.

It’s set to be built adjacent to Bielenberg Gardens, a planned mixed-use development in Woodbury.

Saint Therese’s new welcome center, where people can secure leases and view options, is located at 2165 Woodlane Drive, suite 101.

“Pre-leasing the first apartments is an important step for our Woodbury campus,” Barbara Rode, Saint Therese president and CEO, said in a statement. “Several agreements have been signed and excitement is building around the project. The individuals who pre-lease will have the option to select from a host of design options and add upgrades.”
