Sola Salon Studios to Open at Woodbury Lakes

Woodbury Lakes on Thursday announced that Sola Salon Studios is set to open at the outdoor mall early this summer.

Sola Salon uses a “salon suite business model,” giving stylists the freedom to operate their own business, according to a release.

At Woodbury Lakes, it will be located in a building facing Interstate 94 and feature 36 single studios ranging from 100 to 200 square feet, the release says.

“Studios will be occupied by stylists, estheticians, nail technicians, massage therapists and other beauty professionals each operating independently licensed businesses,” reads the release. “Salon suite owners will have the ability to customize their space with distinct personal touches—including paint color, furniture, pictures, music and more.”

Sola Salon Studios has three other locations in Minnesota—Burnsville, Edina and Roseville—and can be found in more than 20 states nationwide.
