Updated: Vinnie's Family Restaurant to Open Wednesday in Woodbury

The restaurant will occupy the former Tinucci's space at the Eagle Valley Marketplace.

Vinnie’s Family Restaurant plans to open at 7 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, in Woodbury, a restaurant offical told Patch in an email.

Located in the Eagle Valley Marketplace, Vinnie’s will occupy the former Tinucci’s space.

Owner Vinnie Mustafoski said things turned out well, and staff is busy preparing for Wednesday's opening.

Vinnie’s will serve breakfast (omelets, waffles, skillets), lunch (salads, wraps, sandwiches) and dinner (roasts, ribs, steak). Breakfast will be served all day.

The restaurant seats about 80 people and 12-15 workers will be hired. Vinnie’s also plans to utilize the patio space come summer.

Mustafoski, whose family owns several similar establishments in Wisconsin, says fresh food and customer service and will be hallmarks of Vinnie’s Family Restaurant.

“When you come here, you’re going to feel like a king,” he said.
