Patty melt and reuben for us Saturday. Both sandwiches and the fries were really good. Great waitress and Vinnie made sure to greet everyone as family. We'll be back.

Had a great breakfast there last Friday. Its our new goto breakfast place. Will try dinner there also based on how good breakfast was. Had the House Skillet. Coffee better than other places...not over brewed and burnt.

Stopped by on Saturday for lunch. Very nice and attentive service. Quick food, especially considering that this is their first week. The breakfast menu is pretty large and they serve breakfast all day. Regular menu is also large, with daily specials. And they have a kids' menu - very cheaply priced at $3.99 - which appears to be more than an afterthought. We had sandwiches, which were good (the quality of the chicken breast used for my sandwich was very good) and very safe fare (well prepared, good ingredients but not outside the mainstream in terms of spice or flavors). Great fries (there's a new question - best fries in Woodbury). Next time, I'll go for breakfast or coffee and pie. Vinnie's is a very nice addition to Woodbury and it is great to have them in that location.

We went for take out on Friday, Feb. 22 - not busy at all when we walked in - ordered chicken dinner and well done hamburger - told to wait 20 min. - went back after 20 min. and chef had not cooked the correct chicken dinner - so had to wait another 20 min. while the hamburger sat and got cold and french fries turned soggy and greasy. Mentioned to manager how first meal was wilting - told nope it would be fine. Took meal home - "well done" hamburger was still raw inside - french fries were disgusting. Called to complain - weren't really satisfied with answer. Wanted to like this restaurant and had plans to return on Sun. for breakfast - that obviously did not happen. Hope this new place makes it - first impression was not a good one!

I was just there for breakfast - stellar - service and food. Abundant and great tasting. Watch out for the size of the pancakes. This place could compete with Keys in my mind. The coffee was extraordinary. Glad to see Vinnie in the neighborhood.

Carl suggested I create a listing for Vinnie's so people can review it more formally. Here it is: http://patch.com/L-vC2G

The thing they need to work on to really compete with keys.. is their turkey dinners.. and their gravy in general. My hubby picked me up a turkey dinner to go when I was working.. the gravy was yellow tasted like a jar chicken gravy.. not very appetizing..
