Cheryl 1:16 pm on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 We went for take out on Friday, Feb. 22 - not busy at all when we walked in - ordered chicken dinner and well done hamburger - told to wait 20 min. - went back after 20 min. and chef had not cooked the correct chicken dinner - so had to wait another 20 min. while the hamburger sat and got cold and french fries turned soggy and greasy. Mentioned to manager how first meal was wilting - told nope it would be fine. Took meal home - "well done" hamburger was still raw inside - french fries were disgusting. Called to complain - weren't really satisfied with answer. Wanted to like this restaurant and had plans to return on Sun. for breakfast - that obviously did not happen. Hope this new place makes it - first impression was not a good one!

I was just there for breakfast - stellar - service and food. Abundant and great tasting. Watch out for the size of the pancakes. This place could compete with Keys in my mind. The coffee was extraordinary. Glad to see Vinnie in the neighborhood.

Carl suggested I create a listing for Vinnie's so people can review it more formally. Here it is: http://patch.com/L-vC2G

The thing they need to work on to really compete with keys.. is their turkey dinners.. and their gravy in general. My hubby picked me up a turkey dinner to go when I was working.. the gravy was yellow tasted like a jar chicken gravy.. not very appetizing..
