What Should Be Done With the Former State Farm Campus in Woodbury?

Tell us what you think in the comments section below.

Officials from the company set to take over the former State Farm campus are expected be at the Woodbury Business Classic on Thursday, Oct. 3, to unveil their plans.

Elion, a national real estate investment firm, announced on Sept. 24 its plans to redevelop the 400,000-square-foot building and surrounding acreage.

The 100-acre site, along Radio Drive and Interstate 94, has been vacant since 2004, when State Farm moved most of those jobs to Nebraska.

Juan DeAngulo, COO of Miami-based Elion, told Patch the building is ripe for redevelopment, and there are plans for additional retail/office construction.
