Company Unveils Plans for Former State Farm Campus

The company set to take over the former State Farm campus unveiled their plans at the Woodbury Business Classic on Thursday, Oct. 3.

Elion, a national real estate investment firm, announced on Sept. 24 its plans to redevelop the 400,000-square-foot building and surrounding acreage.

The 100-acre site, along Radio Drive and Interstate 94, has been vacant since 2004, when State Farm moved most of those jobs to Nebraska.
