Woodbury Flower Shop Buys Kissing 2 Lips

Woodbury’s has purchased the former flower shop.

The move was made primarily to absorb Kissing 2 Lips customers after Christie Lewis, former owner of Kissing 2 Lips, retired.

“I wanted to take care of her customers and she was looking for someone to treat her customers the same way she would,” said Meghan Kelliher, M Studio Flower Affair owner.

The old Kissing 2 Lips phone number goes to M Studio Flower Affair, and the two websites will soon be linked, Kelliher said. “That’s kind of the big project for March.”

There won't be any major changes at following the purchase, Kelliher said.

Kelliher moved M Studio Flower Affair from Oakdale to Woodbury’s CityWalk development last January.

“Things have been going really good,” she said. “I love it here.”

There has been some confusion from customers trying to call Kissing 2 Lips, Kelliher said. She sent out a note to customers about the change and the services her shop provides.

“M Studio Flower Affair is a family owned and operated floral studio that specializes in all of your everyday floral needs, as well as, weddings, business and corporate events, funerals, prom, anniversary, and all special holidays,” Kelliher wrote. “We are committed to offering only the finest floral needs. All floral designs are uniquely designed especially for you. We offer personal meetings, on-site planning, full delivery and set-up. This commitment is backed by our friendly and prompt service.”
