Since I've been in town, I've never heard anything bad about Woodwinds. Honestly.

My boyfriend was hospitalized at Woodwinds for 11 days earlier this year. As a former RN who has worked in several Metro hospitals, I can say his experience at Woodwinds was extraordinary, of the highest quality I've ever seen. We only had to deal with one staff member (a nurse) who was less than average - the rest were wonderful. But it was the doctors who were the most stellar. They gave the best one-on-one direct care and supervision I've ever seen. The doctors were amazing in their professionalism, kindness, compassion, patience; they took their time with us, answered all of our questions, were never rushed, helped refer us to all the services he needed afterward - which really helped us cope with a traumatic situation. We're both very thankful and happy to have such an amazing hospital in our hometown.
