Saturday Night Fever: Come Out and Boogie for the Madison Claire Foundation

Happy October everyone!

As we head further into fall, we are getting closer to the Madison Claire Foundation's main event: our Fall Fundraising Gala.

We are getting so excited to shimmy and shake on October 20th at the Fine Line Music Cafe. The night will include cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, silent and live auctions and Boogie Wonderland will transport us back to the disco era and have us moving and grooving all night long!

Your support by attending the Gala, and inviting family, friends, neighbors and colleagues, moves us that much closer to our fundraising goal.

While the night will be fun, the reason we are there is inspired by one special girl, Madison, and the completion of fundraising for Madison’s Place.

For this 15,000 square foot playground, we are just $300,000 away from reaching our goal and breaking ground in Woodbury, MN.  This playground will allow everyone, young and old, to play on accessible and disability friendly equipment.

Dave and I are looking forward to welcoming guests to the fifth annual gala event in support of Madison’s Place. We are focused on our goal of installation of the East Metro’s first, and only fully-inclusive playground, helping to set a new standard of accessibility and innovation to change the way people think about play. We know that Madison’s Place playground will serve as a model for future projects in other communities in Minnesota.

We receive calls from around the world asking for feedback and suggestions about bringing inclusive play to other school playgrounds, community playgrounds, and city developments. And you may have read recent articles about Madison’s Place and the need for inclusive playgrounds.

We know that you could choose to spend your Saturday evening lots of places, but, we hope you will consider joining us for another fun and outta sight night!
