Conference Winning Streak

Raptors Gymnasts continue to chalk up wins in the Suburban East Conference with wins versus Cretin-Derham Hall and Woodbury. They inched past CDH to take the win with less than a point differential with 137.35, and handedly defeated Woodbury by 8 points with 140.85. Wren Anderson, Megan Trollen, Taryn Johnson and Karina Joiner continue to be strong varsity all-arounders. Johnson (35.425) and Joiner (33.925) got their season high all-around scores when they faced the Woodbury Royals on Jan. 23. Trollen took the 1st place in all-around in both meets.
The gymnastics team has not had a conference loss since their first meet of the season versus Roseville. They hope to continue this streak at their last 2 conference meets versus Forest Lake and Mound View.
Raptors will then compete at 3AA Sections at Eagan High School on Feb. 14 where they hope to qualify individuals or the team for the State meet.
