Record Breaking Season

Thursday, Feb. 6th was the last conference home meet for the Raptors and one that will go down in the record books. Not only did the team break their school's team score record scoring a 144.65, but the school's floor record was broken twice! Sophomore, Megan Trollen, scored a 9.625 on floor and beat the school record held by Wren Anderson of 9.60. Teammate Wren Anderson performed her floor exercise immediately after Trollen and took back the record scoring a 9.70. Anderson also took the gym record formerly held by a Park gymnast. Trollen and Anderson went 1, 2 in the All-Around with their season's high 37.600 and 37.550. Head coach, Brittany Morris wanted to end the season with a bang, and the team achieved this with many personal best's on Varsity and JV. Raptors Gymnasts will take this momentum to the 3AA Section Meet on Feb. 14th at Eagan High School. Congrats to an incredible season!
