Updated: Driver Thrown from Vehicle in Rollover Crash on Highway 120 in Oakdale

The driver suffered serious injuries as a result of the crash, according to the State Patrol, which was expected to release information about the motorist on Thursday.

Woodbury Detective Named Hostage Negotiator of the Year

The Washington County SWAT hostage-negotiation team, which has three Woodbury officers as members, was named Negotiations Team of the Year. They were nominated for their response during the August 2012 Red Roof Inn incident.

  • Dillon Joseph Selbitschka, 19, Maplewood, terroristic threats;
  • Jordan Everett Waleski, 22, Hastings, first degree burglary;
  • Thomas Allen Disselkamp, 56, Afton, terroristic threats, animal cruelty, domestic assault;
  • Shanna Kay Greene, 24, St. Paul, check forgery;
  • Mark Allen Haines, 50, Woodbury, domestic assault by strangulation and two other counts of domestic assault;
  • William Mark Bradehoft, 50, St. Paul, domestic assault and domestic abuse;
  • Lance Tomas Meyer, 22, Woodbury, DWI;
  • Gene Artheur Mueller, 30, St. Paul Park, second degree burglary;
  • Delanie Kaye Waller, 34, Cottage Grove, fifth degree drug possession, DWI;
  • Scott Donald Peters, 52, Cottage Grove, violation of a no contact order;
  • Chang Jeff Yang, 19, Maplewood, third degree burglary;
  • Peng Steve Yang, 20, Maplewood, third degree burglary;
