A Woodbury man died Tuesday after he disappeared under the water while swimming in Lake Michigan on Sunday, according to a Sacramento Bee story.
The report says Vikrant Kole, 26, was pulled from the Great Lake by a dive team about 35 minutes after he disappeared beneath he water.
Kole was transported via helicopter to Spectrum Health Hospital in Grand Rapids after the Sunday incident near Silver Lake Park, according to the newspaper’s story. The Sacramento Bee story cites information from WGHN-AM and Mlive.com.
