The ramp from Interstate 694 south to Interstate 94 east was closed Thursday morning after a semi overturned.
It looked as though it tipped while making the turn in the cloverleaf.
Several emergency vehicles were on scene.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation—through its Twitter feed—said the ramp would be closed until about noon.
KARE 11 is reporting that the driver was extracted from the truck but was conscious and evaluated at the scene.
