Updated: Woodbury Man Dies Following Car Crash

A Woodbury man has died following a Saturday crash along Interstate 494 in Dakota County.
Colin K. Geraghty died at Regions Hospital, according to the Pioneer Press.
The one-car crash happened on icy blacktop just before 7 a.m. on Saturday, April 13, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Geraghty, 28, was the only occupant.
He lost control of the 2000 Ford Explorer he was driving, and the vehicle went off the road and rolled, according to the State Patrol. The crash happened near Interstate 35E.

Geraghty was not wearing his seatbelt at the time, according to the State Patrol report. No alcohol was detected.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Drive, in Woodbury, according to his obituary. Remembrances will be shared at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
