Woodbury Roadwork Update: Colby Lake Drive to Close Wednesday
The closure is expected to run through July 3 as the city continues the major road project.
Woodbury’s Colby Lake Drive—between Valley Creek Road and Leyland Trail—will be closed to all traffic from June 13 to July 3 for road reconstruction purposes, according to an announcement from the city.
It’s part of and the work will affect about 1,800 homes in the Windwood and Colby Lake neighborhoods.
The work is expected to cost about $7.3 million, with the city paying two-thirds of that figure. The rest will fall to . Work will likely continue through October.

The posted Colby Lake Drive detour route will use Valley Creek Road, Interlachen Parkway, Pioneer Drive, Lake Road, and Wimbledon Drive, according to the release from the city.
