CP Holiday Train with Free Sheryl Crow and Take 6 Concert

The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train returns to Cottage Grove on Dec. 14 with Sheryl Crow and Take 6 performing at special anniversary concert!

Grammy award-winning singer Sheryl Crow will be joined by award-winning a capella group, Take 6, for a FREE concert when the Canadian pacific (CP) Holiday Train makes it annual stop at Cottage Grove on Dec. 14.

Cottage Grove is the ONLY
event site in the United States with this expanded venue and entertainment this
year, a once-in-a-lifetime event!

As in past years, the train’s arrival includes an evening of family fun and musical entertainment while raising money for the Friends in Need Food Shelf. Visit Santa Claus, sip hot cocoa, enjoy the spectacular lights all while supporting a good cause.

  • This Holiday Train signature event will take place in a new location—the Canadian Pacific Rail Yard, near 95th Street and Ideal Ave.
  • NO parking on-site - visitors should use the free parking and shuttle service. Maps and directions available at www.cottage-grove.org or follow the signs on Highway 61 the day of the even.
  • Carpooling is encouraged
  • The North Pole Station opens at 4 p.m. and concert begins at 5 p.m.
  • Please dress for the weather as this is an outdoor event.
  • Only service dogs will be allowed on the event site.

While the event is free, those attending are asked to make a cash donation or bring toiletry item (preferred) or non-perishable food items. Cash donations will be collected on site, look for the volunteers with the big buckets. A large truck will be parked at each of the four parking lots to accept the donated toiletry and non-perishable food items. Everything collected at each show stays in the community for local distribution through the Friends in Need Food Shelf.
