Cardio Kickboxing - For Beginners
Using punches and kicks borrowed from kick boxing, this non-contact cardio and muscle defining workout will challenge you to the next level. A variety of power moves will complete this total body workout. This is a Tae Bo style continuous workout with music. Bring proper foot wear, water bottle, floor mat or towel.
