Into the Artist's Studio - with Derk Hansen, Internationally Acclaimed Wildlife Painter

Join us for this special opportunity to venture inside Derk Hansen's studio. See his painting area and watch while he works on his latest project. Then tour his gallery filled with dozens of exquisite paintings. But don't expect to see a posh gallery like you might find in NYC. This rugged shelter befits the cowboy inside who dreams of wildlife, places and faces ... and brings them to life through his art. If you are considering taking a class with Derk, this will be a great place to see the examples close up for each of his winter/spring classes. His studio is located at 2570 Manning Ave. So.  in Woodbury. Stop in any time between 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. to meet Derk and enjoy some light refreshments during this open house-style event.
