Workout training date: Saturday, January 26th, 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. (wear comfortable clothing).
Nutrition date: February 7th, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Six-week gym membership starts on January 26 and ends March 9 and is available during all regular gym hours.
