Share with Friends Sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, the Tai Chi for Arthritis class is especially beneficial for individuals who are concerned about their balance and joint function. This class is appropriate for individuals who want to preventively improve their function as well as for people who are beginning to experience some concern about these areas. If you already have some form of arthritic changes, the gentle, slow, dance-like movements will be very beneficial for joint function and mobility in your daily life. Our instructor teaches the form in both the standing and seated positions. Bring a water bottle, dress comfortably and wear good supportive shoes for class. For those interested, a wall chart will be available from the instructor for $6 each.
