Sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, the Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 class builds on the movements learned in Part 1. You must have completed the Part 1 class and feel comfortable with the movements within that form to register. You will have the opportunity to review the Part 1 form during this class. As you learn the new movements, we will practice the new with everything you have learned before. Bring a water bottle, dress comfortably and wear good supportive shoes for class.
